Refunds

At XLR8 Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our pressure washing, landscaping, plowing, and gutter cleaning services and strive to ensure that every job meets your expectations.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Completed – If we are unable to complete the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Quality Concerns – If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and either redo the service or offer a partial/full refund at our discretion.
  • Overpayment or Duplicate Charges – If you have been mistakenly charged twice or overpaid, we will process a refund for the excess amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer Cancellations – If you cancel a scheduled service within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • External Factors – Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, pre-existing property damage, or third-party interference.
  • Completed and Accepted Services – Once a service has been completed and approved by the customer, refunds will not be issued.
